WAPP's General Assembly adopted the transition of WAPP's Information and Coordination Centre to a regional system and market operator on 2 November 2012. ERERA's March 2026 transmission pricing procedure is to be implemented by "the Regional System and Market Operator" under ERERA's supervision. Whether that operator now exists as a body separate from the WAPP secretariat was not found in the sources read.
