REPSS is a multilateral netting system with end-of-day settlement, run by the COMESA Clearing House in Harare. Local banks reach it through their central banks. The Clearing House's page lists nine central banks as live: the DRC, Egypt, Eswatini, Kenya, Malawi, Mauritius, Rwanda, Uganda and Zambia. It gives over US$388 million processed in the six years to 31 December 2022.

Observations

One figure: the value transacted over the six years to 31 December 2022, as the Clearing House's undated page gives it. It is a running total, not a series.
