Financing
What the sources say the cross-border projects cost, who is putting money in, and how far each step has gone. This page gathers what the project records cite; it adds no evidence of its own.
How to read this page
- Amounts are in the currency the source gives. They are not converted, adjusted for inflation or added together: the sources give no price year, and most do not say what the figure includes.
- A stage says only that this step is documented. Money "applied for" is not evidence that it was approved, and approval is not evidence that it was signed or paid.
- Where a cost, a lender or a financial close is missing, it was not found in the sources read. That is not evidence that it does not exist.
In numbers
8 projects and programmes. 6 stated amounts in 5 currencies (EUR, MZN, NAD, USD, ZAR). Financial close recorded for none.
Counted from the records. No cost of capital is recorded yet.
