Making projects bankable
A measure meant to make projects financeable. All such measures
Blended finance. A regional fund, managed by Climate Fund Managers for SAPP, meant to pool public and private money to lend to and invest in cross-border transmission lines, with a smaller development fund for project preparation and a larger construction fund. It has not been found to have raised money beyond SAPP's own commitment.
